I have founded WALTERIONS® in February of 2021 to create a reliable firm that provides clarity to companies (our clients) and bring reliable answers to business challenges in a world that is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA). Our firm delivers highly specialized technology consulting and strategies in building online platforms. We operate in a global partner network of strong execution partners. We have execution partners in The Ukraine, The Caribbean and India.
☑️ SKILLS and EXPERIENCES
I am an experienced Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect and Azure Cloud Engineer.
Therefore WALTERIONS® focus to build all platforms in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. My passion is to design and implement complex business critical systems. My preference in the way of working is to work Agile and use DevSecOps approaches when executing projects. In addition, I find full automation and infrastructure as a code extremely important. Nowadays I even consider infrastructure as a code as something very necessary and I will most likely say it is a deal breaker. I own a degree in Computer Science and I do have broad experiences in several roles with more than 15 years experience consulting Digital Banks, Pension Funds and the Dutch Government.

As a person I am often characterized by colleagues as energetic, dedicated and involved, but also with the ability to listen attentively to teammates. I will then be able to identify their concerns and the underlying needs (understand the question behind the question) so that the dynamics remain healthy, good and harmonious in the team without losing sight of the complexity and business interests of the organization.
