As an Internal Communications Consultant, I focus on helping my corporate clients build the correct (internal) communications strategies for their desktop and non-desktop employees. The companies that I advise consist of companies that have a huge group of non-desktop employees(i.e. fieldworkers), which makes it difficult to communicate with these groups.
