Responsible for the implementation of workflows for financial and legal service lines across the International Region, responsible for leading small teams to gather, prioritize and customize country requirements following agile methodologies. Lead kickoff calls, co-building sessions, steercos, to coordinate with all the teams the successful delivery of project milestones through the building of presentations with clear messages to update key stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner through the project journey with the orchestration teams. Some of the biggest achievements during this role are: • Lead a complex design of a country with multiples service lines and challenges due to the type of clients, creating a new way of working to simplify the activities and through a single way of communication that will generate value for the final users and clients during the road map of the project and BAU. • Work closely with the heads of service lines to contribute input and ideas to improve and innovate global processes. • Responsible to create the project plan for the implementation, training, and onboarding of new users and clients to guarantee successful deployment.
